After attempting to cancel my contract via Virgin Mobile's website 19 April 2013 and receiving no response at all, I then tried Menlyn shopping centre where I was advised that they do not deal with cancellations. I eventually managed to get hold of the cancellation dept telephonically during July 2013. This was after numerous attempts as everytime I requested that particular dept I was kept on hold or cut off. I was told that due to the fact that they charge 3 months in arrear, the last debit would be in October 2013? I never received the confirmation of cancellation I requested. My a/c is still being debited and I am reluctant to stop at the bank in fear of Virgin then unfairly black listing me. I will never ever enter into any contract with any of the Virgin Companies or any instituut associated to them.
