Continuous billing after contract cancellation

I cancelled my contract with Virgin Mobile in May 2013 after having had enough bad service and no support with problems with my handset. I paid the handset buy-out amount and all outstanding fees for the required 2-month cancellation period. 5 months later, October 2013, I am still receiving invoices from Virgin Mobile for handset installments as well as buy-out fees and the debit order is still active. When I phone their call center, their consultants are rude and incompetent and put the phone down on me every time once they realise they don't know how to handle my query. How can a telecommunications company be so useless to charge for handset installments as well as buy-out fees 5 months after all accounts have been settled!? I want my money back from Virgin and I want them to remove me from every contact list they have.
