On Business Cellphone

I received an sms that one of the business cellphone numbers was reported. Because this has happened earlier this month, we knew that this was to do with bank. SO we notified the bank which halted all cheque withdrawals.

My complaint is with Vodacom, their call centre and their incompetence. No one can assist me. I have dozens of reference numbers. One agent says that a lady by the name of Sharifah deregistered the Rica status.

Now its my responsibility to try and Rica the contract number which I've tried but to no avail. So I call them again and they say the same thing. I speak to supervisors who promise to call back. I call again and again and they say i have to go to a certain vodashop where the account was opened 5 years ago. I go there but they cant access the system to Rica the account. This vodashop says that the line has been "fully admin blocked" by Sharifah!!!

The phone is still deactivated for over 2 days. As a result we have lost business in our most busiest period!!

I demand explanations from Vodacom. and would like to move my accounts to a new service provider. or be reimbursed for the losses and the employees that handle my ac
