I have paid all fees to re-activate my account with MTN (through VVM), but nobody from MTN reverts to inform me of the next step to continue with the contract. I have been to Mall@Reds store & Centurion Store and contacted VVM, and every time I speak to a new person and the information keeps on changing as to when and how I can proceed to re-activate my contract.
Reference for the call: 106454321 was logged by Nomonde Masokameng from the Centurion service centre - which was helpful and I am grateful that somebody did something. But now I am unable to get any further response to resolve the issue. NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT ON THE WEBSITE AND NOBODY AT THE STORES CAN GIVE THE NUMBER / EMAIL ADDRESS TO ME EITHER!!! Trying to log a complaint on the website has been impossible - I tried for more than 30mins and then gave up. This is why I am on Hello Peter... STAY AWAY FROM MTN if you want help to resolve issues with your account.
