Business Line still not working after 4 days!

4 days of phoning from cell phones to report fault on our business line. no dial tone AT ALL, and intermittent ADSL. Have phoned every day from cell phones costing us upwards of R200, on hold for more than 15 minutes, and to be told the line is a priority and the fault shall be escalated.

Technician did come out on sunday, fiddling with the wiring, and announced all was fixed, line did work for about aobuot half an hour. but now nothing again for more than 48 hours. We live in central knsyna, not the middle of nowhere...

Priority to me, and my business, and the fact I am paying for a Telkom line to work 24 hours a day...
