Worst service ever, and I haven't even started it

After having, and still having issues with MTN Tygervalley not answering phone calls or emails, I now have to phone around and waste my time and airtime to have them activate my simcard. They phoned me on a welcome call and gave me a number to phone to activate my sim. I phoned and apparently these people can't help me because I did the contract in a store. They then again gave me another number to phone, which does not work. On my previous complaint on Hello Peter, they responded by thanking me for alerting them on their lines that does not work. Nevermind the fact that I have to still try and contact them... They did not even give me another number or solution to my problem. Furthermore, I probably have drive and waste more petrol to go to the store for the fourth time to activate my simcard... They have way to many departments and gimmics to their system, where they keep bouncing around clients and wasting the clients time. The staff is not properly educated on their different departments and who should handle what - how should we (the client) then know where to phone??? This is just so ridiculous, probably one of the worst experiences I have had with a cellphone company.
