No reply to email and web queries

I received an unknown amount on my statement in October. I immediately emailed the email address on the statement [Email Removed] disputing the amount as I have not used my account for some time now. I have received no reply. When I received my November statement- I again disputed the amount and received no reply. When I received my December statement, I logged into the website to log the complaint and received no reply.

c) 17/12/2013 14:57 Ticket logged on website Reference number from Website 2073813/20131217/S.G.N

Bad service. I do not see why I should have to phone the call centre and pay for a call and dispute an amount that doesn't make any sense on my account. In addition to that- why have an email address on the statement if no one ever replies. Or why bother allowing customers to log issues via the website if the reference number and issue is never responded. In today's age of technology- Edgars needs to step up their game with their email and web service.
