Last e Mail send at 8h15. Returned to collect phone and saw BBM and signal Icon absent. After numerous resets and battery removal failed, I contacted Babriel 25 Nov who informed me to update the software. Numerous attempts failed and at 14h55 I phoned 084140 Sam (later learned its LEBO who informed me that my nearest office to hand in phone is King Williams Town. Does Port Elizabeth, which I visit not have a branch? I was also told the phone is wiped in terms of contract and I should back up date. I fail to activate the phone and couldn't extract data. When I asked if Cell C couldn't back up data I was told its is swiped. Can Cell C not even attempt to assist to retain phone data as I generate my business via the phone? I was then directed to supervisor Viviane who would make a note to at least try and arrangements were made to pick up my phone. The next day at 8h55 I phoned Mohlace as no one updated me (as undertaken) and he asked me where my closest Cell C office is. His lack of knowledge irritated me but since LEBO told me it is KWT I could assist him. He then redirected me to Repairs, but instead I completed a questionnaire on service delivery and then the line was cut?
