I have sent through a complain regarding the service I received from Cell C Greenstone regarding my Phone, I took my phone in for repairs and I am using a Blackberry, I phoned Cell C helpline asking them to activate BIS on the same contract I am using but your Support agent told me that I need to go back to shop and ask them to remove the Samsung data that is on my sim so that I can activate BIS. A manager phoned me from Cell C, I then explained to her what the Support Agent said and I also told her that I am highly Pregnant and I cant afford to be going up and down for something that should have been avoided or communicated to me the day I took my phone in for repairs, the lady then said to me that the Manager from Greenstone, will call me back and they will remove the data from my sim card without me having to go back for that, but when the Greenstone manager called me she said 'that is not possible' they cant remove that data. so who is lying to me 'your support agent or your manager? I am sitting with 1988.13 of data that I cant even use because someone somewhere is incompitent... WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I CANT USE??? I NEED URGENT RESPONSE
