I've upgraded in September to Smart M package. End of October I found out that my minutes that were not used is not accumulating. I was on the 120 minutes after hours package where it does. The person who helped me at the vodacom shop did not explain this to me. The upgrade was done at Vodashop at Benoni Lakeside Mall. I phoned on 31 October to report this. They gave me a ref no (s3/t4r3q/qd5ga) and said somebody will investigate this problem and phone me on this matter. On 21 Nov I phone again. Was told somebody will phone me back. Up to 26 Nov nobody phoned me. It is unacceptable that my minutes don't accumulate if the condition of the new package was not explained to me. It is also unacceptable that nobody phones me back for - a month. I can be contacted on 0829060735.
