CELL C - Bad bad bad service & assistance

After numerous calls to CELL C franchises in Pretoria, CELL C CENTURION confirmed hat they have 1 black Z10 Blackberry available. Rushing from Montana Park to Centurion, I signed up a new CELL C contract. Ian, the salesman, said it would take max 1 hour to set up the phone. I was in a hurry and he said that I could go to CELL C KOLONNADE, who will anytime assist me. This morning at 9, CELL C KOLONNADE told my son that they didn't know what was wrong with the phone, never seen something like this before and should go back to CELL C CENTURION. Rushed off to CELL C CENTURION again!! Got to CELL C CENTURION, they send us to the CELL C technician in the mall. He said he doesn't know what's wrong and send us back to CELL C downstairs in Centurion. They said they must send the phone away for repairs!!! I told them that this is unacceptable to me seeing that I had the day for 1 day and wasn't even able to use it!!! They said this is company policy and the way they handle it. I phoned (084140) to log a complaint. I was told that the phone must be replaced. CELL C CENTURION againg refused!!! Terrible, terrible service and assistance. I refuse to take this phone back!!!
