Lack of assistance when booking in a phone

I took in my phone (Samsung S4) in for repairs but the lack of knowledge by the agent was shocking, i told the agent that I am going to be usig a blackberry for the meantime till I get my phone back but he did not have the decensy to tell me that should I require to use BIS Services, there is data on my sim card that needs to be moved and it will be moved back to the sim when my phone gets back. yesterday I phoned Cell C support requeting them to assist me with BIS Service activation but I was told by a support agent that they cant activate it for me because there is data on my sim card that belong to Samsung, it needs to be removed before I can activate BIS, I was again told that the agaent that booked in my phone for repairs was supposed to communicate this to me but he did not. Now I need to go back to the shop to have this Data moved so that I can be able to activate BIS so that I can make use of my bundles, how difficult is it for CELL C agents to communicate with their clients? I dont pay my contract to receive such service, this is shocking!!!
