Bad network and no support from Cell C

After 2 months of terrible network coverage, (i couldn't make/receive calls and had to buy a second phone) I contacted Cell C for help. End July filled out network coverage questionnaire. End august - still no response, I emailed them threatening to cancel. Got a call to advise of current problems with their network. Got told to switch to Vodacom roaming. End September - still having problems. Emailed again and got told that inquiry was escalated to network dept. Up till now have been bounced around call centre being given various excuses. eg - do a software update on my phone. The colour of my sim card is the cause.! Finally got told last week that they would cancel as there were problems and they couldn't tell when network would be better. Said they would come collect my handset. I have paid R7200 on my contract in the last 11 months. Over R3000 was allocated towards my phone. I've asked for compensation if they are to collect my phone. They've told me I won't get any and that because I'm canceling the agreement with them, I have to hand back my phone. Shocking.! Cell C have caused the problem. I have paid R3000 toward my phone and they won't compensate me.
