I Booked in the broken phone MTN gave me when I took out a new contract.
The screen goes funny sometimes, the battery life doesnt last and most importantly the phone loses signal.
Now you Service Centre rejects it and tell me there is nothing wrong with the phone The store calls Thato and Karedi tells us that the phone went to Midrand and there is NO PHONE NUMBERS for the "warehouse" in Midrand. Can that now be really possible? with no Managers avalible to assist. Plus to top it off the phone looks worst coming back from your service centre. I sent it in clean with a screen gaurd.
Im very sorry and note Im not going to take that phone back npot at all. Even if it means I need to lay down CPA NCA or any other complaints I will. I am paying for a service which Im not getting from MTN and has been using your network since 1997. Can we now really move forward and provide a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is that possible for MTN?
