False Deadlines

I went through to Boksburg MTN repair centre due to my phone not starting up.

Thato who booked the phone in stated they have no loan units and have marked the phone for completion by 2pm today. I can come in after 2pm before close of business

I stated to Thato that I am leaving tomorrow and please advise if the phone will be repaired or not so I know weather to purchase a new phone or not before I travel. She stated that I need not do that as the phone will be ready today...

I went in at 2:30pm to collect the phone and then i am told that the phone is on its way to Midrand to get fixed and I will get the phone back on Friday. This was not planned for. I am now having to buy a new phone before my business trip tomorrow and this is all MTN's fault.

This is poor service considering the phone went in to sort the issue's the Midrand repair centre created.
