Service1month still no phone

I just want my phone back or a new 1.Worst mistake swopping over!
I have a iphone which started playing up and the screen would turn multi coloured. I took the phone to apple they said its a software problem and would take hour to fix but unfortunately because the phone is on contract I have to take it back to CELL C which I duly did. Cell C booked the phone in because its under warranty I would get the phone back in 15days. every weekend without fail I have to go into the store to find out what's happening with the phone because they have no customer communication after being promised for weeks on end that the phone would be back in store in a few days. its now 1 month later and still no phone back nor can any one tell me whats going on with the phone. On Sunday the 18/01/14 I went into the store once again to find out and was given the worst customer service of my life. I was never given a replacement phone to use while mine was in for repairs, only on Sunday (one month later) was I given some HTC that overheats and the right hand side of the touch screen does not work. What an insult! if my phone cant be repaired why keep it for over a month just issue me with a new1
