I sent in my iPhone 4S for repairs 4 weeks ago! ( have still not gotten it back) When trying to follow up, it is next to impossible to get through to the repairs centre, which you need to contact via the call centre, which has the most confusing operating system as you never get the same menu options when you call...( please look into it is beyond frustrating to say the least). When I do get through to an individual in the repair centre, their attitude is melancholy and dismissive. Cell c your service overall was horrid. ( with one small exception at the actual cell c store). Please don't purport to offer good customer service as you are clearly not capable of doing this.
