To whom it may concern

I have blackberry curve touch screen. In Feb 2013 I gave the phone in as I have experienced issues with the phone. Incoming and outgoing calls just dropped (or it would just make funny alien sounds all of a sudden in my hear). The phone just freeze and restarted itself as well. After a month and half they gave me a new phone (out of the box). I had the phone for 2 days and gave it back again. In bbm, whatsapp etc funny characters just appeared and disappeared. After another month and a half I got the phone back as new software was loaded apparently. Now the phone does exactly the same as the first phone. Just freeze and load the entire time. I have to take out the battery a minimum of 3 times a day for the phone to function. It's stil dropping calls and makes funny alien sounds when I am on the phone. In the service status everything just shows 'not connected' and then I need to take out the battery again as well.

I had more than enough and I would like cell c to come back to me with a solution.

I would really like another new phone/ or contract or anything but just cannot keep going on like this.
