Me, the service and repair centre as well as the Mtn shop has been trying since yesterday, after i paid the excess they required to reach the insurance centre. I know for a fact that mtn repair centre has logged msg to them twice this morning, and the shop said they, including yesterdays, mailed them 5 times.
