CANT MAKE & RECEIVE CLEAR CALLS

Dear Sir/Madam

I am in Madadeni and I am a cellc customer, being one of the customers there we are struggling to make and receive calls there, yet we are on contracts and can not enjoy al the benefits of being customers, could you please help us with this problem, its hard to hear someone on the call and I have even decided not to use my sim yet I need it everytime. Should I cancel the contract or you will rectify the problem with the immediate effect?
