TERRRRRIIIIBBBLLLLEEE!!!

I have sent my Samsung s4 twice in to the vodacom repair centre in Menlyn. TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THEM IS PATHETIC!!! I have been trying for 2 days and the phone is constantly engaged. This is ridiculous. Aswell as the fact that my phone has been received by them on the 9th (yesterday) and i still have not received a sms by 3pm the 10th to collect my phone. I am now beyond frustrated. Let alone with the fact that the advanced repair centre says there is no fault found. This phone gets EXTREMELY BOILING hot. but NO FAULT is found. I am beyond exhausted trying to get through to the repair centre JUST TOO PICK THE PHONE UP!!!
