Poor service from Vodacom Repair Centre

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Pocket in June 2013 and it kept on losing the mobile connection. It has been in for repairs 6 times now, twice at the Advanced Repair centre and it is still faulty. I have not had use of the phone at all for 4 months now. Last time the advanced repair centre said they have to assess it and only they can authorise a refund. They received the phone and simply sent the faulty phone back again. No refund, no replacement, just silence. They have not responded to my e-mails to date.
I will never buy from their online shop again. Nobody takes responsibility and there is no-one one can talk to.
According to the CPA I should have had a refund/ replacement long ago!
Poor service at its worst!
