8ta impossible to get hold of management

II have to ask myself what has happened to service delivery in SA? The higher they climb... It is very clear that there is a smugness and arrogance amongst companies that they are above reproach and no one can touch them. The service dellivery to customers is disgusting in most instances and then they protect themselves with the biggest scurge of recent times the Call Centre. 90)% of call centre employees are not really intrerested in the customer or their problems and the customer knows it and it comes accross loud and clear. If you have a billing query (you have been billed R 1300, 00) and your contract is for R199 AND YOU ARE UNHAPPY PLEASE KEEP IT TO YOURSELF. No one cares. It is impossbile to get hold of the managers or anyone in a position to actually make a decision on an important decision. It is really unfortunate. We need a new world order.
