I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of service, every time that I make contact with Cell C. I've been a loyal customer of Cell-C for quite a few years now and I consider myself a good client, based on the fact that I have a contract that is religiously utilized and paid for without any problems for your business. On the other hand, it has become clear to me time and again, that Cell-C does not value my patronage as a customer due the fact that your contact centre is always frustrating to get through to, and that when one does - there's incapacity to adequately service requests.

I received a call from a cell-c agent 2 weeks ago, offering me an upgrade to my contract. The gentleman was professional and quick to make prompt follow-ups in order to close the deal. Here we are yet again - all has been confirmed, including availability of the mobile package and a commitment to deliver within 5 days. No delivery and no follow-up!!

After numerous attempts over two days to get in touch with Cell-C, where I spent 12 minutes on hold to speak to someone - got through to the contact centre where I was transferred somewhere else and kept on hold for even longer before the line drop
