Telkom please attend to your slow internet line speeds. This is the information age and it is very frustrating that one has to call the call centre to find out why the internet speed is slow. The process of getting hold of someone in the call centre is another tedious exercise and is a complete waste of time. Perhaps Telkom should think of changing the name from "call centre" to "on hold centre" as the agents are forever busy. I will seriously consider this poor service before I renew my next contract with Telkom. Enough is enough!

PS. I am not expecting action from Telkom as they clearly do not care about customer service and all I will receive is a cut and paste response with a promise that the relevant department will get in touch with me which will never happen. I am posting this complaint to make other consumers aware.
