Poor service!!

I signed on for an 8ta cellphone contract and have been complaining to them for the last 8 months. The problem is that my phone on an hourly basis loses service, regardless of where I am. Service only returns after switching my phone on and off several times. My phone has been checked by an 8ta employee and its not the problem... I also used another phone with this sim and the same problem occurs. As a result of this problem, I miss important calls and messages. I have tried explaining to over a dozen different 8ta employees that I would like to terminate my contract with no penalty as 8ta has breached its contact with me by not providing me with a cellular service. I have no service for about 70% of the time. I have tried everything they recommended and a technician even came out to me to sort out the problem, ... he was unsuccessful. I reported this back to 8ta and I have not heard back from them. I have spoken to managers, call centre agents and have written correspondence as proof of the unacceptable service I have received. It's very clear that 8ta has no regard for their customer and I feel cheated.
