BILLED THOUSANDS ON R 299 CONTACT NO WARNING

We recently changesd two of our Contracts from Vodacom to MTN. We complained about the service @ Vodacom but problems was mostly about responses to queries and not about bills that are amounting to thousands of rands.

Surely if you take out a contract that gives you a specific amount of airtime and data once you have reached your limit you should be warned or you should have the ability to check how much you have used or you get a message. Why does does access not stop once u have reached your limit. We never asked that access conintue. Once u hve reached your limit the account should be blocked or you should have this option. Why do they let u continue to use the service? What a corrupt and sly company. We have now been informed that you have to pay extra on top of your contract to be able to determine your usage. There is absolultely nothing user friiendly with MTN or Customer friendly. We do not receive statements or anything that tells us how these amounts are made up.
