I have a contract with Vodacom for R650 /pm which includes 250 min and 250mb of data. I have additionally purchesed an extra gig of data for R150. I set a voluntary call limit on my account and due to this being reached I have no access to over a gig of data that is included in my contract. I am extremely perturbed by Vodacom business ethic. I was told by the call centre agent that I need to increase my call limit in order to access my available data. The rationale behind that request is bizarre. This matter needs to be addressed as one should not have to spend additionally in order to gain access to data that is due.
