I have a contract with telkom mobile which I took out in October 2013. I waited all month for the device due to stock problems, and I was assured that my they will pro rata my account. I was under the impression that I will pay full amount for november and a pro rata amount for October. They conveniently were able to pro rata the data, meaning I only got about half the data, had the device for about 12 days for OCTOBER month, yet I am being billed a full amount. This is unethical consumer practices. Please provide assistance in this regard before a debit goes off my account. I am not prepared to pay for something I did not recieve a full value worth of.
