Ripping off customers for Device Installments!

On the 22nd of September t I took out a contract with Telkom Mobile at Centurion mall for the amount of R319.00. They gave me the incorrect SIM card for the phone, I had to return the next day. When I got the right SIM card, Internet didn't work and I had to return yet again the following day. The initial sales consultant informed that my payments monthly would be R319.00 incl. all additional charges as well as a pro Rata charge from the 23rd September till end Sept 2013 for calls. She failed to inform me that the pro rata charges would include the FULL AMOUNT for the device. 01/10/2013 my account was debited with the amount of R570! which is almost double my premium. I contacted the call center and spoke to Thulani and he informed me that this was part of the agreement and I asked "which paragraph in the contract? ", which he could not answer, he simply said that that is how it is, and that they charge the full month for the device installment although I only had it for 7 days in September. No ways I'm agreeing to that, that's just WRONG!! There is a similar complaint on here and they simply can;t get to do the right things right.
