I spoke to a lady on the 4th of February -13 she phoned me regarding my account and told me that the bill at the end of February would be about R736.00 without any calls which I understand clearly and said that I will be billed pro-rata for the month of January which was all in order with me cause that is the way you and the other lady form 8ta explain to me as well. The lady that called me on the 4th February name was Phila Sangoni I m sure this call was recorded. When I opened my bill to see I was not billed pro-rata for the month of January 13 I was billed for a full month which I don't agree with as I never had the phone for a full month and was not told that I will be paying for a full month if I knew that from the start I would have not taken the phone until the new month as it was only 7 days before the new month any way so I can have waited until the 31st of January-13.My question is how can I pay for something I did not use I will to pay pro-rata but for a full month. I tried phoning the help desk last night regarding this matter but I did not much help regarding this matter. The lady at the call centre said if I have problem I need to go to the store noone wants to help.
