Data not correctly allocated

I am supposed to receive 1GB of data on my brand new contract with Cell C. In December I was given a pro rata amount from when I received the phone. It was not the correct amount however. It was pro rata of only 500MB. The issue was confirmed when I received only 500MB in total again on the 1st of Jan. I reported this on the 1st and it has still not been resolved. I spoke to a lady on the 6th who told me that I will unfortunately only be receiving the pro rata amount as of that day since "their system cannot allocate more" (but even THIS she did not do correctly - less than 200MB was added to my data that day). This is unacceptable. I have a CONTRACT that states that I will receive 1GB data monthly. If you make the mistake of NOT allocating it to me in time, I am still due the FULL amount regardless of the day you actually allocate it - not some pro rata amount. I am also due a credit for all data charges I incurred in December due to the same mistake. Please hand this issue over to someone who can actually solve the problem and knows what's going on.
