On Friday evening I went online to upgrade my contact to get the Iphone 5S. I received an email indicating that a Call Agent will be in contact with me within 24 hours to complete my order (ZSO7C6). YEAH RIGHT!!! We are now going onto Tuesday, almost 4 days later. The lack of service is shocking... but when it comes to debit time .. you are very quick to take my money!!! I havent heard a peep from Vodacom. Nothing. So please tell me why the I shouldnt terminate my contract with vodacom and go to another provider that will treat their customers with respect!!!
