I have spent 3 hours this morning trying to find out what has happened with my upgrade as I am not receiving any correspondnce from them. Last week I ordered a iPhone 5s online. I immediately received a message that an advisor will call me within 24 hours. It has now been 5 days. This morning I received an sms from Vodacom advising me that my order was cancelled. Vodacom cannot tell me where the message came from and does not show on their system. I did not cancel the order. I was re directed to 7 different departments. The second last call, I was advised by Hendrick that I cannot upgrade to any iPhone. I pay a monthly installment of R 700 . He advised me to speak to teh upgrade department. I did that, but then was advised that there is no deals available, although I selected all this in an order. What is going on??? Why can I not upgrade to an iPhone 5s although the monthly deal is less than what I am currently paying? Why can nobody at Vodacom give me answers?
