Upgared disaster and pathetic service

I upgraded on 6 Nov'13 using online upgrade CC- 08217844. Service at the time was great and a few minutes later I was done, not knowing the result. Delivery confirmed for Friday 8 Nov'13 she said
Friday 13h00 I contacted Vodacom via online chat. Little assistance I was told to contact the courier. I did and got the surprising answer - ALL DELIVERIES WAS CANCELLED BY VODACOM
Contacted Vodacon via chat and yet the same answer to contact the courier After explaining the couriers feedback to various persons for the past 3 hours, they confirmed that deliveries was cancelled with out informing the customers Next question was obvious: When can I then expect the handset or can I collect it from a Vodacom shop?
The reply was not helpful at all: No Vodacom is investigating and I must wait until the investigation is complete -They even confirmed "sit and relax" while delivery time stay unconfirmed.

What about next day delivery as per Vodacom T&C's???

I've been a Vodacom customer for 20 ys and the past 10 the service has gone from BAD to Worse No Vodacom shop can assist according to status the contact is upgraded

Think twice before dealing with Vodacom online or telephonic upgrade service
