Late Delivery

RTT was supposed to deliver my cell phone to my office on Friday the 22nd November 2013. I called the call centre to ask why the deliver is taking so long. They informed me that the driver is stuck at another client. They promised me that they would send another driver to pick up the goods and deliver to me before 4 pm. I waited until 6 with no sign of the delivery vehicle. The driver didn't have the decency to call me to inform me that he would not make it. This is totally unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
