I have logged a cancellation with cell C on the 18/11/2013.
Busi from Cancellations called me back stating that she understands why I want to cancel due to my MANY legitimate reasons. I was told that the phone will be collected within 3-7 days time but to date no one has contacted me or even collected the phone.

CELL C, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I WILL BE CANCELLING MY DEBIT ORDER WHERETHER YOU COLLECT THE PHONE OR NOT AS IM TIRED OF THE SERVICE FROM YOU GUYS.

LET ME TELL YOU, YOU HAVE THE WORST NETWORK AND SERVICE IN THIS COUNTRY.
