Extremely poor and unprofessional service

I am a very dissapointed and annoyed customer because of the shocking service i got from Cell C Direct. I applied for a contract phone (Blackberry Q5) which was approved and delivered to me on the 4th of Dec 2013.On the 3rd day I then noticed that the phone seemed to have a battery problem because i had to charge it daily. I then called Cell C direct to log a call for them to collect the phone for an exchange (not repairs). I then managed to get hold of one of the consultants (on the 11th of Dec 2013) who booked the phone for me to be collected for exchange. They then promised to collect the phone within 7 days. I then called them many times reminding them to collect the phone, in which they responded with a promise to collect it the next day. Up unitl today the phone has not yet been collected. I am very dissapointed by the level of this services from Cell C and would like this issue to be solved as soon as possible. I also deny any charges or penalties or whatsoever cost associated with this unprofessional behaviour from Cell C direct. The most annoying thing is that there is no one who wants to take responsibilty from Cell C because we can't see them face to face.
