My first contract with Cell C - RIP OFF

I applied for a new IPhone 4S through Cell C. It was delivered in 7 days, but is faulty, the volume control button is jammed. I called Cell C to report it, after many transfers from department to department, finally someone gave me a reference number and confirmed that the phone will be collected in 3-7 days. 7 days later, after numerous calls, the phone still has not been collected. Each time I call I am promised "they will collect tomorrow". NOT TRUE.

What is worse is that, once collected, I will be informed in 3-7 working days if the phone is genuinely faulty, and if it is, then another 3-7 days before I receive my new phone. So for the entire month, I am simply being ripped off by Celll C, being thrown from one department to the other, without a phone that works.

This is my first contract with Cell C, I am this close to cancelling the contract, if this is extremity of their appalling service, I dont know what the next 24 months will be like! None of the call centre agents are able to provide any assistance, I have spoken to Sulehman, Kutlwano and Nontbeko... What is the use of advertising low calling rates, if the service is the worst.
