Pathetic Service Received from the start

I have applied online for a Cell C contract online, a call centre agent called me back with a package that sounded excellent and I agreed to take it, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! Phone was delivered on Wed the 13/11/2013
Issues:
1. The cellphone's speaker is faulty
2. The contract package that I have received is the total opposite of what I was promised
3. The network coverage on Cell C is the worst network that I have ever experienced, I cant make most calls and most incoming calls go straight to voicemail

I was supposed to receive 1GB of data with this and from Wed last week to now, I already on R400 usage. NO DATA RECEIVED

I have called the call centre on Sat the 16/11/2013 to cancel the contract, after holding on for -30 minutes, an agent answers and advises that cancellations are closed.

I called again at 08.15 this morning and received pathetic service once again, after being transferred to several departments, I get advised that the phone needs to be collected and will be done between 3-7 working days which is all fair but I don't want Cell C to come back to me after the 7 day return/cancellation period.

Cell C, please CANCEL this contract immediately. Your service is BAD!!!
