CCD Couriers
No delivery

I've been trying now for 6 weeks to arrange delivery of my FNB credit card.

As I'm a sales rep I never know dates and times that I'll be in the office. You don't deliver afterhours, they don't deliver on weekends.
So eventually took some time out of my busy schedule to spend 2-3 hrs in the office, to receive my card. I arranged with CCD to deliver at 12:00 on Tuesday, 26 March.
At about 10:00 I get a ca from the driver asking me what my physical address is?? After giving all the necesary info to the lady in the call centre, I wonder what's the point? After giving him my address again, he goes ahead and puts the phone down in my ear. No, "Ok sir, I'll be there soon", nothing.

Anyhow, at 13:00 still no delivery. So, I phone the call centre and lady at CCD says she will call the driver and phone me back with feedback. After not receiving any feedback in 30 mins I call again. The lady asks me to confirm my delivery address. When I tell her my office is in Linbro Park, she says to me, "You sure you not in Crown Mines? ". They had my address wrong.

What the is going on there at CCD? Does FNB know they doing business with a company that is completely incompetent!
