AT 14H32 CELL C SMS WAS RECEIVED ON MODEM STATING MONEY RECEIVED AND QUEUED FOR PROCESSING

AT 16H00 WENT TO CELL C STORE IN BENONI, THEY WERE CLOSED.
VISITED CELL C STORE ON 11NOV AT12H00 AND TOLD WILL TAKE 24 HOURS FROM RECHARGE TO ACTIVATE.
AT AROUND 15H00 CALLED C TO QUERY DATA NON RECHARGE, TOLD NO MONEY WAS RECEIVED.BY RUTH ON 084140, TO QUERY MATTER WITH MY BANKERS??
TOLD RUTH CELL C ACKNOWLEDGED MONEY SMS WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF MAKING PAYMENT, WHY QUERY WITH MY BANKERS.

RUTH INFORMED ME SHE WAS REFERRING MATTER TO SUPERVISOR AND WOULD CALL BACK.

RECEIVED A CALL FROM KADIANNE PIETERSON UNDER REF NO:1311110000443519 ACKNOWLEDGING CELL C HAD RECEIVED MONEY AND THAT THERE WAS A TECHNICAL ISSUE WITHIN CELL C RECEIVING DATA PURCHASES FROM MY BANKERS. UNDERTOOK TO ISSUE A REFUND THE NEXT DAY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. WOULD CONFIRM REFUND BY RETURN CALL FOLLOWING DAY BETWEEN HOURS OF 9 AND 11AM.

TO DATE NO CALL HAS BEEN RECEIVED, NOR ANY REFUND TO MY BANK.

SIX FOLLOW UP CALLS HAVE RESULTED IN NO REFUND.
