Invalid charges billed to account

My USB data dongle contract monthly fee is R163. Recently I have received insane accounts and subsequent amounts deducted from my bank account. I have logged service requests on the Autopage website on 3 Nov and 12 Nov, but havent received any feedback. I have also replied to the tygervalley sales person who emailed me for possible upgrade. No feedback. No upgrade.
In May this year I cancelled my cellphone contract at Autopage due to invalid charges to my account. I havent had any problems on the USB data contract, until about Jul this year. Previously I couldnt use more than my 2Gb data then the internet would go off. After which I would buy additional data bundles if needed.
My Aug account was R172.49, Sept account R268.06, Oct account R729.24, Nov account R1306.96. So total overbilling for 4 months R1824.75. Logged in to Autopage account now and see there is over R400 unbilled calls again, although I havent even used the dongle this month. It looks like the system doesnt take into account the 2Gb available on the contract. It looks like it all started just after Autopage updated its system and website. I urgently need backdated adjustments on my account and a refund!
