Paying for an extra contract every month

I was called about the data promotion for Cell C data on FNB ipads for R89.99/2GB per month, which I accepted. When I acceptd it, I asked the consultant guy if it was possible for him to put the contract on my existing Cell c number, and he said yes he will do that. I then received a micro sim (which I already had one from the prepaid number) two weeks later and two payments went off my account but I only received one sim. I thought it was initial fees and the sim. I then called them to cancel the one that I was not supposed to get and found that even my limits were set to ridiculous amounts, and found out that I now had two data contracts with Cell C. Now..my prepaid modem doesn't even last when I recharge - the most it can work for is 10 minutes regardless of how much I recharge it with. I have called them numerous times to sort this out but they keep you holding forever and don't bother to call back. I don't want to be paying for something I am not using. I have attempted to call as I've said earlier, but to no avail - frustrated. No one wants to work hard for their money and see it go to waste. This means I have been paying an extra R90 for 6 months, who knows what else..
