AIRTIME VANISH

People of Cell C which has no network at all times, please note that I load airtime and DATA on daily basis but recently i had no luck of receiving it on my cell. Instead i get sms's from u saying I must recharge to activate the DATA i bought. My number is 084 283 5512. You will notice that I made numerous calls to u and BONGANI NDLOVU sent me an SMS saying he's closing the query as complete, Seriously dude? I am still waiting for my 100 MB x 2 R 5 x 4, which have not been delivered to my phone. Please. Please. Please. I have two contracts with you and I should be ripped off like this. Never mind the pathetic call center which is never available besides that guy on repeat about CELL advance.
