New SME contract

I had the privilege of dealing with MTN trade route mall recently when attempting to acquire a new 24month business contract.
The application was handled in such a professional and courteous manner by the store owner and his staff member who went out of there way to see that the contract was approved as head office procedures and requirements were putting a hamper on the application due to documentation on my side being a bit confusing.
They spoke to head office and worked on my application keeping me informed on a daily basis about the progress when it would have being easier to have simply said my application was denied. They truly have gone out of there way to make signing with there store a good experience.
Being a vodacom customer for over 14years I can see me porting numbers in the near future simply because of the service and willingness to assist I received from the 2 individuals and not just taking the first denial from head office and leaving it at that.

MTN head office should make it a bit easier though.
