Telkom Mobile, continues to be a nightmare

Telkom Mobile/8Ta continues to process debit orders against my account for services never rendered.
Here's the timeline:

1 Aug - I received a Huawei B593 on a 36 month home LTE package
Numerous calls to Telkom "support" were unsuccessful and I was never able to transfer even 1kb through the Telkom network

8 Aug - I returned defective product to Telkom Direct (within 14 day money back guarantee period) (email received from Kerabo Mahlaba confirming return)

21 Aug - I emailed Tashreeq at SellDirect to find out if order was indeed cancelled. Received no response

25 Sep - Telkom steals R652.97 from my account

29 Sep - I emailed [Email Removed] asking them to reverse and stop future debit orders but again received no response

1 Oct - I loaded a Hello Peter complaint and received ref#6853178from their social media team with a promise that feedback will follow. No further action ever taken by Telkom

25 Oct - Telkom steals another R349 from my account

15 Nov - Telkom steals R1 550

What an awful company.

Telkom, will you ever stick to your promises and sort out your mess?
