Purchase with fake ID

I wanted to trade in my car at Toyota garage and it picked up that i am owing Vodacom store, i went to a nearest Vodacom shop store the told me that i must contact Vodacom head-office on this no 0821946 they can check for me where the purchased was made the lady from head office told my that i must go to Vodacom shop Highvel mall, then i goggled their no and called the store we Olivier helped me by emailling the documents that have been signed and it shows clear that is not me, so what me is i have Vodacom stores next to me but head office want me to drive 400 Km to the store where the purchased made, so i want to know if Vodacom is going to pay my travelling expenses, i recently discovered that there is guy who is doing purchases with my ID copy (Fake) that has my names and the ID number same as mine but the different spotted is the date of issue and the photo, i got this ID copy in one of the stores where it was used and same mall, i experience this problem with Edgers, Sterns and Truthworths. Vodacom must know that is not my fault for not verifying the information and everything on the contract is a fake, poor service by consultant and negligence.im blacklisted now by Vodacom.
