No follow up as promised

I logged a complaint about poor signal a couple of weeks ago and received a response from a lady by the name of Danielle on the 14th. In a nutshell:

1, ) Virtually all my calls dropped at my home
2.) Cell C promised to investigate and then discuss compensation based on their investigation
3.) A technician phoned me and acknowledged that there was a network capacity problem causing dropped calls and that it would be resolved by the end of this month as they were in the process of upgrading Cellphone towers.
4.) I accepted this response and enquired about what compensation I would receive for the multiple dropped calls and the effect this had on my working from home.
5.) The technician promised to give this feedback to Danielle and ask her to get in contact with me,
6.) Danielle never bothered to follow up and I am still waiting. It's been more than a week.

Again Cell C, very disappointed. You are anything but a consumer champion...
