MTN contracted with Istore Fourways

I went to the Istore on Wednesday. There were several people working there, no one really ready to assist me. When I was assisted by a girl she was unfriendly and had no clue what the deals were with MTN. I waited 20minutes for the "mtn guy" and decided to walk out. I returned later the day, since I work in Fourways Mall, I got the ball rolling for a new contract with mtn for an Iphone. And then waited... the WHOLE of thursday. I did phone 3times and had NO response back. On friday I got a call at 11:00 that I must bring my ID?? I was not notified on thursday so I did not bring it. I was really upset and no one at the store was willing to help me!! I think the service is so bad and the manager there must please learn how to work with people, he did not offer a proper solution! Maybe a friendlier approach to matters will bring the whole store further!!
